What we actually do
We spend our time finding, reading and organising supplier information — public listings, platform profiles, business details and our own communications — and turn it into structured supplier profiles you can read in minutes instead of weeks. Each Vault covers one category and contains supplier names, platform links, locations, product focus, contact details, ordering considerations, our research notes and a contact template.
What we do not do
We do not sell physical goods, act as an agent for any supplier, or resell branded or counterfeit products. We do not guarantee authenticity, quality, certification, delivery, brand authorisation, supplier performance, income, profit or any business result. Every supplier is an independent third party and every decision — including sampling, verification and ordering — is yours.
Digital information product. A Vault purchase gives you access to curated supplier research, supplier contact information and sourcing notes only. No physical goods, samples, stock or branded merchandise are included, and no income, sale, profit or business outcome is promised. Vault artwork and marketing images are illustrative branding images, not photographs of goods supplied by any third party.
Independent third parties. Suppliers referenced inside a Vault are independent businesses. We are not their agent, partner or reseller, we do not control their pricing, stock, commercial terms or product quality, and we are not party to any order you place with them.
