What you are buying
A Vault purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to view the supplier research inside that Vault. Complete Vault Access covers every Vault in the complete collection, including Vaults added later. Access is granted to the email address used at checkout.
Acceptable use
You may use Vault information to source products for your own business. You may not resell, republish, screenshot-share, post publicly or otherwise distribute Vault contents, and you may not share your account. Breaching this ends your access without refund.
No income guarantee
Pudz Vault is research and information only. We make no promise about sales, profit or business outcomes. Results depend entirely on you, and nothing here is financial, business or legal advice.
Third-party suppliers
Suppliers listed in the Vault are independent businesses. We are not their agent and we are not party to any order you place with them. You are responsible for checking that what you buy and sell complies with the law where you operate, including intellectual property and import rules.
Pricing and payment
All prices are in Australian dollars and are charged once, at checkout, through Stripe. Access is lifetime for the Vaults you own — there is no subscription and no recurring charge.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. See our refund policy for how refunds work on digital products.
Changes
We may update these terms as the business changes. The version published here at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
