What you are buying

A Vault purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to view curated supplier research and sourcing information for one product category. All Access grants access only to the Vaults expressly included in that bundle at the time of purchase — currently Apparel, Footwear, Accessories, Tech & Lifestyle and Beauty & Cosmetics. New Vault categories released later are separate purchases unless we expressly state otherwise. Access is granted to the email address used at checkout.

Vaults are digital information products. They do not include physical goods, samples, inventory, branded merchandise, or any guarantee that you will be able to buy, import or sell any particular product.

Independent suppliers

Suppliers described in a Vault are independent third-party businesses. We are not their agent, partner, distributor or reseller, we receive no authority to act for them, and we are not a party to any order, contract or dispute between you and them. We research and review supplier profiles, but we do not control and cannot guarantee their pricing, stock, commercial terms, communication or product quality, and those details can change without notice.

No income or outcome promise

Pudz Vault is research and information only. We make no representation about sales, revenue, profit or business success. Any figures shown anywhere on this site are illustrative. Nothing we publish is financial, business, tax or legal advice.

Acceptable use

You may use Vault information to source products for your own business. You may not resell, republish, share screenshots of, post publicly or otherwise distribute Vault contents, and you may not share your account or access link. You must not use Vault information to source, import or sell counterfeit, infringing, unsafe or otherwise unlawful goods. If you breach this section we may end your access, and we generally will not refund access that has already been supplied. This does not affect rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your own due diligence on any supplier, for the terms of any order you place, and for ensuring what you buy and sell complies with the law where you operate — including intellectual property, trade mark, customs, product safety and consumer protection rules.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars and are charged once, at checkout, through Stripe. Access to the Vaults you own is a one-off purchase — there is no subscription and no recurring charge.

Accounts and access links

Access is tied to the email address used at checkout and is granted through a passwordless sign-in link, or a password you choose to set. You are responsible for keeping your inbox and account secure, and for everything done through your account. Access links are personal — do not forward them.

Our research and your licence

The way we find, research, check, organise, categorise, compare, describe and present supplier information — including our notes, summaries, structure and site content — is our intellectual property. You must not scrape, bulk copy, export, republish, resell, redistribute, or use Vault content to build a competing supplier database, and you must not share your account or access. This does not apply to anything Australian law says cannot lawfully be restricted.

We do not claim ownership of third-party factual information, supplier websites, supplier materials or third-party trade marks simply because they are referenced in a profile. Third-party brand names and trade marks belong to their respective owners; unless expressly stated we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or authorised by those brands.

Prohibited use, suspension and termination

You must not use the site or Vault content unlawfully, attempt to interfere with the site or its security, misuse another person's payment details, or engage in chargeback abuse. Where we reasonably believe this section or the acceptable-use section has been breached, we may suspend or end access. We will act proportionately and this does not remove rights you have that cannot be excluded by law.

Third-party links and website availability

Vaults contain links and references to third-party websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices. We aim to keep the site available and the research useful and current, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability, and third-party details can change at any time.

Members Shop

The Pudz Members Shop is a separate members-only area for physical products. Vault purchases are digital and do not include physical goods. If and when physical sales open, additional terms covering shipping, delivery and returns will apply to those orders.

Your consumer rights

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, including guarantees that services are provided with due care and skill and that digital products match their description. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those rights or any other right or remedy you have that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Where the law permits us to limit our liability, and only to that extent, our liability for a failure relating to Vault access is limited to resupplying that access or refunding the price you paid for it. This limitation does not apply where the Australian Consumer Law entitles you to a different remedy, including compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Changes, severability and governing law

We may update these terms as the business changes; the version published at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia and you and we submit to the courts of that jurisdiction.
