Shipping Policy

1. Digital delivery
Pudz Vault access is a digital product. Access is granted automatically to the email address used at checkout as soon as payment is confirmed. No physical item is shipped and no shipping fee applies. Delivery is normally immediate; in rare cases payment confirmation can take a few minutes.
2. Accessing your purchase
Sign in with the email you used at checkout to open your Vaults. If you cannot find the confirmation email, request a fresh secure access link from the “Already purchased?” page and check your junk folder.
3. Physical products
The PUDZ MEMBERS SHOP (physical streetwear and accessories) is not yet open. When it launches, orders are dispatched from [DISPATCH LOCATION — OWNER TO CONFIRM] within [HANDLING TIME] business days, with tracking emailed on dispatch. Estimated transit times, carriers and rates will be shown at checkout before payment.
4. Lost or delayed physical orders
Once dispatched, delivery timeframes depend on the carrier. If tracking has not updated within [CARRIER INVESTIGATION WINDOW] business days, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
